(1) Health: I want my mind and body to be in their ultimate condition. I am young, and if I don’t get into the habit of leading a healthy life at this point, it will be much harder to get on this train in the future. To accomplish this, I have separated the following action plan.
1.a. Physical health: Healthy diet, sleep, and exercise.
1.b. Mental health: Spend more time with people (become more social), keep a journal for daily reflections, keep a planned and consistent agenda, keep my spaces organized and clean.
(2) Continuous learning: I want to become an expert in programming, statistics, finance, and everything in between. It would also not hurt me to work on my general culture if I have the time for it. For this, I want to read 300 pages per day (this will be a challenge as I currently read under 50), and create weekly video blogs (and summary written blogs) about what I have learned through this habit.
